Louisiana Hunting

Deer hunting is one of the favorite pastimes at Golden Ranch Farms. Alligator, duck, and quail hunting by season are also offered.

Benny Cenac & Golden Ranch Whitetails Participate in Louisiana Expo

Mr. Arlen “Benny” Cenac and Golden Ranch Whitetails recently participated in the Whitetails of Louisiana Expo and Crawfish Boil as a platinum sponsor. The two-day event took place in Lafayette, LA on April 28th and 29th at the Cajun Dome. Vendors from across the state participated. We were happy to be a part of another great convention featuring our favorite animals. Golden Ranch Whitetails is located in Gheens, Louisiana, which is located in between New Orleans and Houma. We strive on managing and growing big healthy deer, not only in the breeding facility but on the entire property.

Home to One of the Largest Alligator Farms in the Country

Golden Ranch also has one of the largest alligator farms in the country. It is one of the only captive breeding operations that is used to preserve and sustain a healthy balance of alligators. The alligator breeding process includes collecting eggs, incubating, hatching and growing. Once the gators are grown to size, a percentage of them are released back into the wild to breed. The ranch also has an extensive marsh-to-market program.
